IMPORTANT NOTICE: Digital items that have already been provided/delivered are non-refundable. Once digital assets are downloaded or accessed, no refunds will be processed.

2. Digital Products

2.1 Non-Refundable Digital Items

The following digital products are non-refundable once delivered or made accessible:

  • Downloaded digital files (images, templates, graphics, audio, video, etc.)
  • Digital licenses and software
  • Online courses and educational content that has been accessed
  • Digital templates and design assets
  • Stock photos, illustrations, and vector graphics
  • Any digital content that has been previewed, downloaded, or accessed
Reason: Due to the nature of digital products, once they are delivered and accessible to you, they cannot be "returned" as they remain in your possession even after a refund.

2.2 Exceptions for Digital Products

Refunds for digital products may be considered only in the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues that prevent access to the purchased item (must be reported within 48 hours)
  • Significant discrepancy between the product description and the actual item delivered
  • Duplicate charges for the same item
  • Unauthorized transactions (subject to verification)

3. Physical Products (if applicable)

For any physical products sold through AssetMart.in:

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging and all accessories must be included
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective

  • Bank processing may take additional 5-10 business days

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

  • Failure to read product descriptions or specifications

6. Exchanges

Due to the digital nature of most of our products, exchanges are generally not available. However, we may consider exchanges for physical products on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability and our discretion.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery/access
  • Provide clear evidence of the defect (screenshots, photos, etc.)
  • We will investigate and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate
